  • Kix Country Morning Show: 6am - 10am
  • Steve Harrell has finally found what he loves to do. Ok maybe he has always liked to hear himself talk, but now he found someone gullible enough to pay him to do it. He has been with Noalmark in a variety of roles since March of 2005. He has been everything from a board operator to News Director. He attended college at Southern Arkansas University where he studied just about everything especially chemistry and anatomy. He loves sports and video games and got lucky in August of 2007 when his wife Cathy actually married him despite rigorous protests from his family. They all thought she was too good for him. And of course they were right. He lives in El Dorado with his wife, three step kids; Tori, Robert and Christina.

  • Kix Country Morning Show: 6am - 10am
  • Boomer came to the KIX 103 Morning Show about 4 years ago. He was "discovered" by station manager Sandy Sanford on local TV cable access channel doing a live TV auction fundraiser for the local Civitan Club in El Dorado. Troy Barrios plays "Boomer" on KIX 103 and is originally from South Louisiana. The self proclaimed "Cajun" graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a BA in Vocal Music. After college, Troy pursued a career in the oil industry with his family in Oklahoma. After working there for 10 years, he moved to South Arkansas. Boomer listed radio high on his list of things he has always wanted to do. "Now I am living La Vida Loca!" Boomer once shouted while dancing on top of his desk during the morning show.

  • 7pm - Midnight
  • J. Randall Harvey always thought radio would be fun. So, 33 years ago, he began a career that became his life long obsession. Working Top 40 stations for the majority of his radio time, he has been on the air in Wichita Falls Texas, Hot Springs and Little Rock, Arkansas, his hometown Shreveport, Louisiana, and beyond. To him there is nothing better than when someone comes up to him and says something he did on the radio made them laugh, think or take action. In the words of J. Randall Harvey "Life is too much fun not to enjoy it." He also loves quarterback Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints.

  • After MidNite: Midnight - 6am
  • Blair Garner is the host of After MidNite with Blair Garner. He's one of the most successful air personalities in the country, winning the Academy of Country Music's On-Air Personality of the Year award in 2004 and the Academy of Country Music's National On-Air Personality of the Year award in 2006, and he has been nominated countless times for others, including the prestigious Marconi Award and for Nationally Syndicated Air Personality by Billboard. Over his career, Blair has worked at several popular stations across the country, including stations in Dallas, Washington, D.C., Houston, New York City and Los Angeles. Blair is the youngest of three boys raised by Gary and Mariellen Garner. His father was the director of the West Texas A&M University Band in Texas for 38 years. His oldest brother, Brad, followed in Gary's musical footsteps and teaches at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music in Ohio, and at The Juilliard School of Music in New York. Blair's middle brother, Bryan, is a lexicographer in Dallas. Don't worry, Blair didn't know what it meant either. Actually, Bryan is a leading scholar on legal writing, and has several books published by The Oxford University Press. In his free time, Blair collects cars. At any given time, he usually has six to fifteen different cars ranging from Porsches and Ferraris to classic Cadillacs and Chryslers. Blair and his family reside in the Los Angeles area. When asked about his amazing success, Blair quickly credits his parents. "My parents taught us all two very important lessons: First, my father taught us that if we were going to make a mistake, make it as big and loud and hairy as you possibly can. Commit yourself to it. If you're timid, you'll never reach the brass ring. Don't be afraid to fail. Secondly, my mom always told us that we were special. We could do anything we could dream. When you add those two lessons together, the results can be pretty powerful." Check out Blair Garner After MidNight...
